When you contact us by email or phone, we receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, email, phone number, event date, venue, and event details. We may also collect information through forms on this website when you choose to submit them.

This website uses standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for basic security and analytics. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising cookies, or behavioral profiling.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal for your event.
• To coordinate logistics with you and the vendors involved in your event.
• To send you operational updates about your booking (timeline changes, payment confirmations, etc.).

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Information sharing

If you book the Coordination Platform service, we may share necessary event-related information (timeline, contact details, dietary requirements) with the vendors involved in your event — to the extent needed for them to do their job. The password-gated vendor coordination page protects this information from public access.

We may share information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of any person.

4. Data retention

We retain your event-related information for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal, accounting, and tax recordkeeping obligations applicable to our business. You may request deletion of personal contact information at any time after your event has concluded.

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion. Send any such request to events@dolansusa.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.

6. Do Not Track signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. This website does not currently respond to DNT signals because we do not engage in cross-site tracking or behavioral advertising.

7. Data breach notification

In the unlikely event of a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable California law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.82) without unreasonable delay after discovery and confirmation of the breach.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, including password gating on coordination pages and standard hosting security. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
