Twelve Uyghur dishes plus a whole-roast-lamb centerpiece — these are what we cater. We make these well, and we don't stretch into anything we don't.

Uyghur Salad

Cucumber, tomato, onion, peppers — tossed with vinegar, salt, and a drop of sesame oil. The cool, sharp opener that anchors any Uyghur table.

Uyghur Polo

Long-grain rice slow-cooked in lamb broth with carrots, onions, and lamb shoulder. The traditional centerpiece of any Uyghur gathering — eaten by hand at the host's table.

Samsa

Hand-folded dough parcels stuffed with minced lamb, onion, black pepper — baked against the wall of the tandoor until the bottom is crackling and the top is golden.

Same hand-folded samsa — but stuffed with pumpkin, cumin, lamb, and onion. Slightly sweet, slightly spiced — the autumn version of our tandoor.

Whole Roast Lamb

A whole lamb, marinated overnight, slow-roasted in our restaurant tandoor for six hours. Brought to your event hot — our chef carves it tableside.

Recommended for weddings, milestone birthdays, family banquets — but available for any event size that wants a centerpiece moment.
