This Privacy Policy describes how Dolan's — Run of Show ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or contact us about an event.

When you contact us by email or phone, we receive whatever information you choose to share — typically your name, email, phone number, event date, venue, and event details. We do not run any forms on this website that automatically collect information.
This website uses standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for basic security and analytics. We do not use third-party tracking, advertising cookies, or behavioral profiling.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal for your event.
- To coordinate logistics with you and the vendors involved in your event.
- To send you operational updates about your booking (timeline changes, payment confirmations, etc.).
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Information sharing
If you book a Run of Show Complete or Coordinated package, we may share necessary event-related information (timeline, contact details, dietary requirements) with the vendors involved in your event — to the extent needed for them to do their job. The password-gated vendor coordination page protects this information from public access.
We may share information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of any person.
4. Data retention
We retain your event-related information for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal/accounting obligations (typically 7 years per IRS recordkeeping requirements). You may request deletion of personal contact information at any time after your event has concluded.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion. Send any such request to information@dolansusa.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, including password gating on coordination pages and standard hosting security. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
